Official Rules & Terms of Participation

Sponsor. This giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by David White Marketing Services, Inc., 2367 Tacoma Ave S, Tacoma, WA 98402 ("Sponsor").

Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Washington state who are 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

How to enter. Complete and submit the entry form on this page during the entry period: June 17th through June 30th at 11:59 pm PST. Limit one entry per person. No purchase necessary; a purchase will not improve chances of winning.

Prize. One (1) winner will receive fireworks equivalent to $500 in value. Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except at Sponsor's discretion.

Winner selection & notification. The winner will be selected by random drawing on or about July 1st and notified using the contact method they provided. If a winner cannot be reached within 24 hours or does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

Consent to contact. By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may contact them regarding this Promotion and may follow up with marketing communications by email, phone, and/or text message, consistent with the consent noted on the entry form and Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Participants may opt out at any time.

Privacy. Information collected is used to administer the Promotion and for Sponsor's marketing as described above and in the Privacy Policy. Sponsor does not sell personal information.
